Solution Focused Brief Therapy
Our psychologist, Nikos Zygouris, BSc, PGDip(BI) is now offering Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) for a range of psychological difficulties like stress, depression, anxiety and self-esteem. SFBT focuses on building upon the individual’s current strengths and helps them identify how to utilize their available resources to overcome their problems.
