Training as a CPCAB Integrative Psychotherapist, specialising in Creative Therapy, my methods include Walk & Talk Therapy, Sand tray Therapy and working with imagery, props and nature. Incorporating these techniques provides a therapeutic experience that is not only thought-provoking but also deeply personal and engaging.

Bringing a holistic and imaginative approach, along with my Gestalt training to emphasise the integration of the mind, body, and soul.

As well as Creative Psychotherapy, I have completed further training focused on Mental Health and Psychiatry, which enabled me to develop a strong foundation in understanding and supporting individuals through their journey.

Drawing on both professional training and personal experience, living in a family affected by addiction, I have a deep, empathetic understanding of the challenges that come with addiction and recovery, which fuel my commitment to helping others heal and recover.

I feel honoured to be part of all our clients’ journey, their resilience and strength inspires my dedication to helping others heal and grow.
