After earning a BA in Criminology, I worked in various fields while facing my own challenges with depression. Through talking therapy, support from my family, and discovering impactful literature, I embarked on a journey of self-improvement. This transformative experience inspired me to leave my administrative roles and pursue a career in the outdoor industry, where I taught bushcraft skills and led team-building activities for both children and adults.

My passion for personal development naturally evolved into a desire to help others on their journeys, which led me to pursue qualifications in counselling. I returned to Kent to study with Thoros Counselling Services and am now in the final year of my Accredited Diploma in Professional Counselling Level 5.

I joined Promis in April 2024, driven by a commitment to support, educate, and inspire others through integrative practices grounded in humanistic counselling. I am also eager to develop outdoor therapy programs and enhance my skill set to contribute to the growth and success of the clinic and its services.
