HOLLYANNE ROBERTS
I am an integrative psychotherapist with training in cognitive and behavioural therapy, psychoanalytic therapy, and humanistic approaches. With an MSc in Counselling, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of various therapeutic methods and their application in enhancing mental well-being. My previous practical experience includes supporting clients through the National Health Service, Age UK, and a Women’s Centre.
Before pursuing my MSc, I earned a BSc in Clinical Psychology, driven by an interest in the biological aspects of mental health and their intersection with practical treatment strategies. Both of my degrees were completed at Bangor University, where I spent five enriching years in North Wales, climbing Mount Snowdon and exploring other local peaks. I have since returned to my hometown of Kent and am proud to be a new member of the PROMIS Hay Farm team.
At Hay Farm, I support clients through psychoeducation, group therapy sessions, and one-on-one therapy. Encouraging clients to explore their emotions, identify behavioural patterns, reflect on their past, build self-esteem, and develop effective coping strategies. I am enthusiastic about continuing to grow in this nurturing and supportive environment.
